(AP) — The show’s been off the air for more than 20 years but those who didn’t get enough of Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker the first time around could be in luck. A videotape collection with more than 15000 hours worth of “The PTL Club” is going up for auction. And as an official with the company handling the auction notes that’s enough to create a PTL Club channel. PTL stood for “Praise The Lord” and aired from 1974 to 1987. It featured Jim Bakker’s upbeat sermons with Tammy Faye in her signature heavy mascara singing about Jesus.
