us Digg This The Nash Building on West Fourth Street in downtown Winston-Salem will be sold at auction this summer to settle the estate of one of its owners according to an announcement. The building which is also known as the “Bolich Building” will be sold at noon on Wednesday July 15 to settle the estate of the late Mary Smithdeal who died in 2007. The building has two floors with a total of 35675 square feet of space plus a 10270 square foot parking garage and was built in the late 1920s. Current tenants include Separk Music Skippy’s and Subway and it is located across the street from the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce.

(AP) — Bankrupt Circuit City’s brand trademarks and e-commerce business have been sold at auction to Systemax Inc. the same company that purchased electronics retailer CompUSA’s intellectual property when it closed in 2008. A spokeswoman for Streambank LLC the intellectual property consulting firm hired by Circuit City Stores Inc. said the assets were sold at auction Monday to New York-based Systemax. Terms of the deal were not available.
